Who are we and how do we help unpaid carers?

Sheffield Carers Service is part of Crossroads Care Rotherham (Charity No: 1062664) and offers a range of support for unpaid adult carers over the age of 18.

​

• Carers who live in Sheffield (regardless of where the cared-for person lives) can access our Universal Services which includes free advice, information and group support.​

• If the cared-for person is an adult living in Sheffield carers can access all our support including our Carer Assessment Service.
