Carer Connect

Carer Connect South Yorkshire is a free digital support service designed for unpaid carers across Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. The platform brings together trusted information, advice, guidance and local services in one place, making it easier for carers to access support when they need it. The service is delivered in partnership by the four South Yorkshire local authorities and aims to help carers navigate the challenges of caring for a family member or friend.

 

The website provides carers with access to:

• Financial advice, grants and benefits information.

• Community groups, events and workshops.

• Wellbeing resources and practical support.

• A 24/7 digital assistant available through WhatsApp.
